That’s why I developed the Still Kids Yoga curriculum — to give children tools to calm their bodies, breathe, and regulate their emotions, through mindful movement and gentle physical activity.

About Me

Julie Miller Grossman, MBA, RYT-200, TIYT I am an early childhood educator, music and movement instructor, registered yoga teacher (200 hours), certified trauma-informed yoga teacher, artist, and women and children’s activist. I currently work as a preschool music and movement instructor, and assistant teacher. Prior to pursuing my Bachelor’s in Education and teacher’s licensure at the College of St. Catherine, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Theater Arts, where I studied musical theater and wrote a thesis on the role of performing arts in creating social change. An award-winning singer-songwriter and poet published in collaboration with the League of Minnesota Poets, I am currently writing a children’s book, Domingo the Flamingo. A devout Catholic, I volunteer teaching children at my parish, and I reside in Saint Paul with my husband, young son, and yorkie.
